Herewith, the Sinn U2 "Einsatzzeitmesser". The U2 hasn't been getting much wrist time recently, because I believe it's overdue for a servicing and I don't want to grind its innards while it's filled with expired lubricants. It certainly deserves to come out and get a portrait, though, and I look forward to getting it back in the rotation when it's gotten the attention it deserves. It's a handsome beast with presence. Yes, that text does indeed say it's rated for 200 bar (or 2000 meters). No, it'll never get anywhere near there on my wrist, nor indeed even go underwater while it's on this nice leather strap. I still particularly like the abstracted crop from this watch I posted elsewhere, but it seems polite to get around to posting a picture of the watch's whole face as well. The colorway remains really pleasing. [jbm-20191206-m240a-006]
